Leader Skill: Increase the Attack Speed of ally monsters by 24%.
Strategy: Chloe doesn't bring much. OK she outspeeds, but it's not 2015 anymore. People have strip in their teams. A decent alternative would be Perna, who would at very least force you to have John in the team instead of Sian if you don't want him to revive.
