Strategy:
Chilling should be on a hybrid tanky/strong build because he should be able to take Kaki down in two/three turns and then be able to survive Fen Yan's crazy procs. I have two Chillings: a vampire/Will and a Violent/revenge one, both on spd/atk/atk and at least 50% accuracy. Work on Kaki/Laika/Fire monster first, then Woosa and Kinki should be able to take Fen Yan.
