Strategy:
Could be dangerous if your twins are slow and skogul moves first and proc, but you should still survive one rock. Focus on killing skogul first and keep miho stunned with the twins aoe skills. Fran as to be a bit tanky to tank miho if she attacks, and should be on will to avoid atb decrease or stuns if miho moves before her.
