Didn't notice at first, but you've put masha which hits based on her attack speed. There is leo in the team.
So not only are you using 2 ld5* monsters to beat a very mediocre conq defense, but it's not even safe nor effective.

Strategy:
Ponies in general are bad in defense.
Leo is a counter to specific teams/mobs and isn't great on defense.
There is no outspeed nor anti cleave -> free lushen.
Usually people do feng yan - woosa - laika/perna because the last fire monster can solo a lushen team.
