Copper the skogul first....note this has a 20% chance of failing if he glances. After skogul is dead, copper the vigor once he does not have anti crit. GG

Strategy:
It's actually a bit trickier than that.
You need Copper not to glance his first hit on Skogul but it's not won just after that.
You also need Copper's S3 to not glance on Vigor afterwards.
Did not work out for me on that second part.

Strategy:
Kill Vigor first and pray for Skogul don't proc way to much. Despair and destroy on Khmun help to reduce Skogul max hp a little bit and so the damage of his 2nd skill, also stuns without resistance check to delay the turn of Atlas Stone. Covernant need to be on high hp (+10k or more), also artifacts of reduced wind damage can help a lot. Make Konamiya with high spd and hp aswell, artifacts with increased healing on 3rd skill and accuracy on 1st skill are recommended.

Hongyeon swift and tanky to take vigor hits, Moria speed tuned to Hongyen s3 full damage (32 crit rate is enough), Wei Shin speed tuned to Moria s3 full damage.
Hongyeon s3 => Moria s3 to skogul => Wei Shin s3 and focus vigor next
