Strengths:
33% SPD Lead makes them quite fast - Swift Ophilia is a thing and might outspeed you (even tho her base speed (102) is nothing too impressive)
Theomars and Additional Turn is an iconic duo
They have low cooldown if Sylvia gets turns
Weaknesses:
No healer
Survivability is based off buffs
Only one damage threat/defense breaker
Attack Sequence:
Dealing with Theomars as fast as possible makes it a rather easy win

Additional damage on Water/S2 CDMG artifacts on Mihyang, Songseol blocks beneficials, booster gives Mihyang ATK+SPD buffs, then S2 onto Theomars then it's just a matter of time until you get rid of the last two units, with Mihyang providing some healing in case it takes some time.

TO: Hraesvelg = Songseol > Mihyang
Hraesvelg going first, granting SPD Buff, may help your team outspeeding in a safer manner. If you run Dova, Songseol will have to go first.
Buff yourself, Block beneficials with Songseol's 3, then nuke Theomars. It's only a matter of time until you get to deal with the other two!
