SWGT has a discord bot for SWGT Guild and SWGT Guild+ sites. Get siege/world guild battle status, leaderboards, 3MDC defense search, "Where 2 use?" and more! Guild permissions can be set at server and/or channel level.

You will need the following to use the SWGT discord bot:

• SWGT Guild or SWGT Guild+ site (subscription required)
• Server admin on the discord server.
• A user on the above SWGT Guild or SWGT Guild+ site.
• To complete the steps in this FAQ for setup.

To add the SWGT Guild Discord bot to your server, click here.

Once the bot is added to your server, you will need to use the /setup slash command. This command can be used with a specific category selected OR none. Please note that if no category is selected, the setup will apply server wide.

Running the /setup command will show a modal asking for your API url, API key and guild ID. The API url and key can be found on your my profile page (located in the setup menu). The guild ID can be found on the guilds page (located in the setup menu) or you can enter 0 for no specific guild. Please note that specifying no guild will cause all other slash commands to give general leaderboard information and require guild name to run various commands (such as siege or world guild battles).

Once setup is complete, you can overwrite the server/channel settings by running /setup again. If you wish to view or delete setups for the discord bot, go to the "Discord Bot" option under the setup menu.

After setup is completed above, you may need to authorize your users to be able to use the plugin on discord. Under your Discord server settings, go to the apps category and select integrations. Find the SWGT discord bot and modify its settings to allow your users to use the commands. Note this may only show on the Discord app for PC and Mac and may not show or show differently on iOS and Android apps.

PLEASE NOTE: the SWGT Guild Discord Bot is English. Sorry, there are no plans on supporting other languages at this time.

The commands above are the basic usages of the SWGT slash commands in discord. Each command may have additional optional options that can be used. Please see the in-app discord bot option hits as you use the commands for more information.

Auto status commands are used to automatically send updates to a specific channel. The SWGT discord bot will check SWGT every 10 minutes and send a status update if there is new data. Automatic status updates can be cancelled at anytime with the appropriate "cancelautostatus" command.
