Regular users, these are normal accounts that will follow whatever permissions you give them.
Super users, these are users that will have access to ALL areas of the system except, but will still follow the guilds authorized.
Super users + Patreon, this is a very special type of user. They have all of the access as super users, plus they can add/remove super users from other users. Super user + Patreon is obtained by being a super user and having the email address on the account match the Patreon subscription's email address.
