Kiyyun - Helped to develop the early days of SWGTLogger and SWGTPersonalLogger plugins. Now mostly retired from the project.

How does it work?

SWGT uses the very popular SWEX tool with a custom plug-in to extract guild war, siege, labyrinth and guild battle data out of Summoners War safely and securely. No JSON files to save and upload. Get guild and siege statistics in as little as 5min of your time every week!

When did this project/platform start?

The SWGT Guild project was started in late 2018, started use by EpicFail in 2019 and launched on Patreon in early 2020.

The SWGT Personal project was started in early 2022 and launched in June of 2022.

Is there a change log?

Yes you can access it here. I continually make changes and tweaks based on feedback from the community. I only make change log entries for updates that are worth announcing to everyone. I also tag everyone in discord when I am doing an update.

Do you have access to my data?

For SWGT Guild subscriptions, after your site setup is complete and you have successfully sync'd via the SWGT plugin with the SWEX proxy, I remove all of my access to your site. Only the people you authorize to your site will have access. Your data is as secure as your login strength.

For SWGT Personal subscriptions, only you and authorized friends will have access. Your data is as secure as your login strength.

Why do you charging for this tool?

The nominal monthly fee is to cover the ongoing cost of servers, your data usage and any licenses I may need to operate the platform. SWGT is run essentially as a non profit as my way to give back to the community.

Is there a help video/guide?

There is a step by step guide to setting up SWGT with the SWEX plugin in the setup menu. There is no guide to using the platform itself. I strongly feel that if you need a help video/guide to use the platform, I have failed you as a developer. A good platform should be quick, simple, intuitive and easy to use.

What if I have questions, suggestions or need help?

Reach out to me directly on discord either via direct message or the support channel. I am always happy to help. My native language is English.

How do I sign up?

Visit the SWGT Guild Patreon page or SWGT Personal Patreon page for more information. Please be sure to sign up for the appropriate tier.

How will I be billed?

All billing is handled by Patreon directly based on the tier you sign up for. Patreon bills based on the first day you subscribe and then the same day every month there after.

What happens if my payment fails to process on Patreon?

You have until the 7th of the month to correct your payment information on Patreon.

For SWGT Guild subscriptions, failure to correct payment will result in your being taken down and subject to the unsubscribe policy below.

For SWGT Personal subscriptions, failure to correct payment will result in your access being removed, your friends access will be removed, and your data will be subject to the unsubscribe policy below.

What happens to my data if I unsubscribe from Patreon?

Your data will be kept for 30 days after you unsubscribe as a courtesy in case you change your mind. After which it will be destroyed.

Special note: sometimes database changes are made that would make restoring your data impossible.
