Instead of attacking the enemy after removing 1 harmful effect from all allies, the skill will now remove 1 harmful effect from all allies, decrease their cool times by 1 turn, and increase their Attack Speed for 2 turns.

Skill level ups will no longer provide damage increases. Also, if the skill is at level 2 or higher, it will be fixed to skill level 2, which is the new level cap of the skill.
